Once I prayed for a God to bless me with a God-fearing WIFE. So, what must I do? Simply live in expectation that it is going to happen. He will work everything out beyond what you can imagine. GOD HAS YOU. You are safe and His plan for your life is secure. You do not need to worry about the troubles of this world. Jesus will use it all to lead you on the path you need to go (even though it will surely have its ups and downs). God doesn’t waste anything, not even the bad stuff. That’s why we must take every opportunity to make the best out of the opportunities he gives us.
Pray for the new thing, it will come. But you must be persistent and believe that the one you pray to CAN and WILL deliver.
The OLD IS GONE. The NEW HAS COME (or IS COMING). Can you perceive it? God never FAILS to produce fruit in our lives through the Holy Spirit and do a new thing in and through us!
Lastly, remember that God knows what you are going to ask before you ask. But, do not let that discourage you from asking. Rather, do it all the more, because it further shows your faith through action that you believe God will deliver.
Doe God gives wives to all men? No.
However, as one of my favorite Proverbs says: “He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.”
I pray that one day I may be blessed to have found favor with Him to be blessed with a Godly wife.
