Leading up to 2020, I knew it was going to be a big year. Not just because others were telling me that is was going to be a year of Supernatural Accelerated Harvest (which I also believed), but because I knew the Lord was doing an awesome work in my life and God only calls us higher. So naturally, I knew this was going to be a big year and I was telling as many people as I could.
In early January, my church started 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. In the past, I had done intermittent fasting and prayer, but I had never committed to something quite like this. I set up a plan to push myself in my fasting and praying like I had never done before. In short, the Lord blessed it and showed me some pretty amazing things. It was during the most intense 5-day stretch (January 5th through January 9th) of the fast that he showed me a glimpse of what was and is to come. I will be releasing this word in multiple parts. Below is Part One of the account:
On January 5th, very early on Sunday morning before church, I was in prayer and I was in a time of just listening to hear from the Lord. It was at that time that I got a word from the Lord (literally while I was face down on the floor where I am currently typing this):
“With GREAT SHAKING comes [1] GREAT STRENGTHENING for the Body of Christ, and [2] GREAT AWAKENING for those who don’t yet know Him.”
This was the shortest word I had ever received, but I knew it was the most important one I have received yet. First, I shared it with a friend from church who was also doing the fast and works in the same quad of cubicles. When I told him, he said that a California earthquake was the first thing that came to his spirit. With this, I felt that I needed to dive deeper into what all this meant. So I pressed in further in the days to come.
For this initial word, my scripture reference is Joel 2:12-32. In this passage, it talks about the future restoration of Israel. But first, Israel is called to repent. When they repent, not only does God promise to restore them, but he destroys Israel’s enemies. A spiritual restoration accompanies the restoration in the natural. It also points out the signs that will precede the second coming of Jesus Christ. Lastly, it talks about those whom will be delivered prior to the Tribulation (by the rapture of the church) and those whom He will call as a Remnant during the Tribulation. According to Finis Dake’s Annotated Reference Bible, that the entire national of Israel shall be saved during the Tribulation.
Now, for a while after I received this word, I did not feel the need to share it immediately. In fact, I felt the LORD was having me wait for something as he often does. It was not until I listened to a podcast by Lance Wallnau in late March / early April that I realized that this coronavirus is a part of the “Great Shaking” that the Lord had spoken to me to begin the year. It hit me like a ton of bricks and it make perfect sense, as it says in 1 Peter 4:17:
For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
What I came to realize is that God is doing two things during this time of “Great Shaking” on the earth: [1] He is STRENGTHENING the Body of Christ and [2] He is AWAKENING the lost souls who will be a part of the greatest revival ever that will occur here in these last days. But, it is only with a Holy Spirit strengthened Body of Christ that we will see this great spiritual AWAKENING. Seeing the things happening in my church outreaches and my own evangelizing, people are hungry and the church needs to be ready in all circumstances to show them the answer.

There is a lot in the entirety of what the LORD is trying to speak to me through this word, so I want to take the proper amount of time to hash it all out and get the right message to people.
